I agree with Meg^ try to separate your eyelashes better and maybe do a small wing with your eyeliner. Put eyeliner on your waterline and clean up the black that is under your eyes (:

Tightline means putting eyeliner in your upper waterline (waterline in your upper lid, where the lashes are) & also put a brighting eyeshadow iny our inner corner & if you want, you could wing out your liquid eyeliner a little bit.
