BH Cosmetics have nice, cheap pallets and usually have pretty good sales.

Try and stick with authorized websites like buy mac from their official site and sephora from sephora.com and so on. Don't buy from ebay or amazon. been conned twice and I've only bought makeup from them twice. There are a lot of fake lookalike stuff out there. I know sephora has like 20% off your total purchase and many sites give you free samples too.
