-apply lotion around your cuticles before painting so if you paint outside the lines, it won't stick
-never wave your hands to try it, it can cause air bubbles
-to make your nails dry fast, hold the in a cup of freezing cold water. I do it for as long as I can stand it, then quick dip repeatedly. It sort of locks the polish into place.
-Use a q-tip soaked with nail polish remover to clean up the edges

- don,t cut the cutticle
- moisture it at least every evening with special oil or nourishing cream
- file nails in only one direction
- glass/ diamond files are the best
- once a month buff them
- don,t use them to open things, to push smth etc
- find a good base an use it to prevent orange nails
- to shapen them really good and symmetric paint nail in a dark color and imagine a straight vertical line in the middle
