Ok my first day of work is tomorrow. My outfit is a cute black dress with a tan belt. black tights. and black flats. (sorry I can't get a picture) We have to have our hair pulled back since I work with food. so could you ladies help me with hair ideas and some cute make up ideas? (:

You could just braid your bangs and tie them back with a cute bun, for makeup something neutral.

I'm a waitress so I struggle with this issue too :p for the makeup end of it, I usually go with what shift I'm working. if it's the breakfast/lunch shift, I go for a natural look. brown liner & mascara, usually no eyeshadow.
for the dinner shift I do a smokey eye & nude lip.

I'm a server at a tea parlor lol I work from 10am-6 so ill probably stick with a natural look. something I won't have to worry about having to touch up.

I am waiting tables and I would go for a neutral make up - mainly since you wouldn't wanna outshine anyone and also since the make up might smudge or whatever and when it's really hectic you can't touch up

For the hair I'd go with the braid into ponytail or bun suggestion
