Yes it does!! I tried it and it's amazing... Takes round 5 seconds to dry... Loved it <3.

I have the one in the red bottle, it takes a minute to dry I think. I love it! I personally hate waiting for my nails to dry so using an instant dry top coat saves me a lot of time.

I've used the one in the red bottle too and it worked within a few minutes, all layers dry and pretty smudge proof.

Dry top coat pretty quickly and then thoroughly dry nails within a few minutes total.(in case my first post didn't make sense)

I prefer OPI and Seche Vite Fast Dry Top Coat to this.
