Try shellac? Buy everything online and do it yourself :)

Have you tried buying a gel nail kit? I know Sally Hansen and a few other brands sell them. Whenever I wear gel polish my color doesn't chip for at least 2 weeks :)

Seche vite is a great top coat. Definitely seal the nail edge first. Washing up gloves help!!

I also find Seche vote is the best top coat. My nails literally chip within a matter of hours if I don't use it.
