What is the best heavy moisturizer for dry skin?

I use cocoa butter. It works really well and smells good!

I recommend this one. I tried it and it's not heavy like you mention you wanted but it helped with my dry skin after washing my face. I'm not sure of the price because someone bought it for me to try. But you can buy it at ulta, online, or the body shop which has tons more awesome moisturizers!
