If your ends are really damaged, I would recommend trimming as much as them off as you could. I love Loreal's Damage Repair line, I use all of the products and they've really improved the condition of my hair. I don't know if you've ever heard of the It's A 10 products, but they're amazing. A little pricey, but well worth the results :)

When I had blonde hair the only way to get rid of the damaged parts were to cut the ends off or as much of the hair that was damaged. If cutting it isnt an option, try a hair serum :) they worked for me to make my hair look healthier and feel 90% better. :)
