Well for soft skin I use baby oil after shower :-) it works very well.

For soft hands I take some water or olive oil and sugar.. Mix it in a cup and put it on my hands.. Then I do the same movements like I would wash my hands with some soap.. After I clean it with warm water.. They will be super soft.. It's a peeling effect.. In winter I do this once or twice a month before I go to sleep, so I can put a oil-cream on after washing my hands and some handcloves over night..

Use neutrogena body oil ,its great for in & out of the bath ,all over body oil I love it!!

I put a cotton pair of gloves in the dryer for a few so they warm up a bit and rub warm olive oil all over my hands, then put the gloves on, and go to sleep. :) you wake up with soft hands.
