I've never been able to figure it out. I and one quater Japanese, One quater Chinese, and half white (most of it's Welsh)

I'd say that you have hooded lids. I have them as well...

ThatGirlShaexo does great videos on eyes looks, she has hooded lids too.

Basically, it means you don't have much lid space.

Yes, you have hooded eyes. But they're not extremely hooded like most Asian eyes. Usually hooded eyes have lashes that point down and are difficult to curl.

Hooded eyes definitely! Vicky, hooded eyes means that the skin above your lid sinks down and covers the lid area. I have hooded eyes as well, so if you'd like to check out my blog or newly started youtube channel, you might find some helpful tips!!
