do you have any too faced lippies.? I've been looking at those a lot lately. I rem shelley telling me after awhile they get a weird smell, prob because they are paraben/preservation free etc.. the colors are sooooo pretty tho. but I don't want them to go bad on me. sometime I don't get to dress up for awhile.

Apoorva I would definitely rock a matte burgundy lippie...something like what Velen is wearing in the pic she posted. You want all the focus to go on your lips as the sari should be the spotlight so something matte is the way to go. :)

Yeah. you definitely have to shop around. can't b stuck on MAC, there are a lot of things out there. I like Clinique as well for more traditional colors and same price as MAC..
I'm sure tarte is good and I also need some estee lauder in my life.. ;-) but its twice the price..
I have some tarte lipgloss from a holiday set a couple years ago. I love them!. they don't have any lipstick value sets this yr tho. :-(
