I'm in color guard so my nails are always getting chipped very easily ij every practice , is there anyway that I can make my nails stronger in a way?

Just add little pieces of garlic to your nail polish it helps strengthen them and to me it makes them grow faster.

I'm in color guard too so I feel your pain! I used Sally Hanson clear polish and it protects my nails. They have been a lot healthier since I used it. But honestly sometime they will probably break because obvious you use your hands a lot and it's bound to happen eventually
