If I am using my Bobbi Brown concealer it comes with it's own setting powder, but if I use anything else for concealer I use my regular face powder and a big fluffy powder brush and just use less product under the eye area, then last thing I do is run my ring finger underneath to make sure it is blended.

Tarte smooth operator makes any liquid makeup last 12+ hours n smooths out lines n wrinkles at the same time - you can also try using less product it may be settling because its caking or try a silicon primer under concealer to fill the lines before your concealer has a chance to.

*For higher end routine- I use Benefit's boing concealer (shade 1) , it is awesome. Thick enough to color the darkest of under eye circles. It won't flake or budge through out the day. I recommend a large concealer brush, my favorite is Sigma F65. Using that brush I take my Mac studio fix setting powder (NW20) and press it around my under eye area. Afterwards I use Urban Decay De slick and spray it all over.
*For lower end-
I use my Instant Age Rewind concealer (light120), also a great affordable alternative. I tend to use my e.l.f flawless concealer brush and use Rimmel London Stay Matte pressed powder (Sandstorm) and again press that into my under eye area. Last but not least, I spray my NYX matte finish setting spray.
I apologize for the length of this but I wanted to give two detailed options! By the way I have oily skin, depending on your skin type you might have to change things.

I've been using maybelline age rewind and setting it with Rimmel stay matte but before I was using booing by benefit concealer I thought it was that powder maybe?
