I would start with mascara. It will really open up your eyes, and its pretty easy to apply. A tinted lip balm is good to start with. YouTube has loads of tutorials for all different skill levels. Most important, use makeup sparingly. If you are only 13 then you dokn't need very much. But also, have fun!

If you want to start wearing lipstick go for a warm pink one..also do what you feel confident in! when I was 13 I would wear watever I feel like and adding colour liner on the lower line seemed pretty cute ;)..but ofcourse keeping everything else simple and natural! xo.
