Ive only just started using sugarpill. Before that i never really wore any makeup at all. What brand is best as an eye shadow primer and base? It doesnt matter about the price, i just want something that works really well. And also some decent brushes

The best e/s primer and base for you will depend on your body chemistry. You may need to try multiple ones out until you find the right one. In terms of primers: UDPP, TFSI, NARS Smudgeproof E/S base tend to be the most loved (the first two the most so). NYX HD and Palladio's e/s primer are some inexpensive alternatives. I also know some people who use MAC paint pots as primers (even though they're, technically, not primers; they're cream eyeshadows that can be used as a base).
Brushes: Depending on your budget... MAC, Louise Young, EcoTools, e.l.f. Studio, Sonia Kashuk (not available outside US), Sigma, Real Techniques. (I don't own any of the RT ones, but they are quite well-loved.)

The best eye primer that I have found is too faced shadow insurance and urban decays primer potion. I had the one from benefit but it didn't work for me as I have really oily lids. Brushes, it just kind of depends on your budget. I prefer sigma, just because I haven't found one I wa disappointment with yet!

your "best" products depends on your skin type/tone & the weather environment you live in. Try paint pots from MAC (Painterly & Soft Ochre) are good ones, Stila smudge pots are good & UD primer potion, for drug store cheap, Elf has one but i dont know if its any good
