Agreed with Evvie. It can really be a number of things that cause it including your diet, stress, allergies, etc. It's best if see a doctor if it's more than the usual amount of hair you would lose in a day.

It could be due to a lack of vitamins (either A, B, C, D or E, maybe more than one). If your diet is unbalanced, it could possibly cause this. Also, stress is a common cause of this. If it isn't bad, then it's most likely just the normal amount of hair that falls out daily, as with everyone else. You should see your doctor if you're unsure and if it's really bothering you though. Hope this has helped :)

My hair keeps falling off, I don't know why, but it's a lot of hair I lose every day. Anybody know why?
