It depends on how deep they are we usually use laser at my job if they are really deep but if there not to deep you can get microdermabrasion if you can't go have it done you can buy a PMD personal microderm machine and do it yourself every 2 weeks

I hate to say this but if they are that deep they aren't going to easily go away with some creams or lemon juice anything like that. I have some minor scarring and even lasers didn't help. The only thing that had helped is injectable fillers like Juvederm which is like 600 a syringe and isn't even permanent. I would see a dermatologist or plastic surgeon to learn about your options as nothing over-the-counter is going to help. It sucks but it's true 😥
