Slick winged definately! I use Kohl anyway, but have never tried it for smudging (i might have to try this!) Always achieves a bold line, but Ive just ordered some Gel eyeliner to try and im quite nervous! Ha! Ive heard this is better for the 'winged' look, especially if you want it quite thick :)

Ye gel or liquid with an angled brush,you can't go wrong..little at a time,leave flick til last..kohl is perfect smudged on top if you want super smokey :)
