Use a base coat/ clear coat before... but now try to whiten them with whitening toothpaste ( leave for few minutes than brush the nails), or put on nails lemon juice and leave for about 15 minutes:-)

I made the same mistake too ): especially if it's neon colors they take forever to come off. Always use a base coat to protect your nails

Soak your nails in a mixture of warm water and hydrogen peroxide. The HP acts as a safe bleaching agent.

Also try water and baking soda mixed into a paste and leave it on for 5 minutes. Then scrub your nails with a toothbrush. :)
