What you're using so far is good, how often do you use your clarisonic? For exfoliation I recommend you use an AHA toner, this stimulates cell turnover and that can help a lot with the hyper pigmentation. St Ives scrub free exfoliating pads are good for this. Make sureeeee to use broad spectrum 30+ sunscreen everyday. Also for the acne you can use a benzoyl peroxide spot treatment, sulfur ointment, or tea tree oil. I think spot treatments work better since cleansers get washed down the drain before the active ingredient has time to work. And for redness an oatmeal mask can work.

Try salicylic acid. it dries out pimples and improves the appearance of scars. I use Elf Zit Zapper. it works really well. and my boyfriend uses it a lot and he has very acne prone skin. and its been great.

Acne is just a symptom but what the problem is could be your diet, so what you eat. I promise to you if you change your diet to eating healthy if you don't already and some exercising you will see your face clear up :) and it's not even bad don't worry, you're gorgeous :)

Can't tell from the picture if that's active acne or acne scars, but I agree with Mikayla, lemon is great for scars, also as a moisturiser try rosehip oil, it's great for acne prone problematic skin. :)

Think you should use aloe Vera it works really good with acne and helps dry the pores faster.

I suggest dropping the Loreal serum out of your program because it contains a high amount of alcohol which could be fueling the acne issue. Alcohol is a major skin irritant and it contains fragrance...if your skin is super sensitive then this will just add more chaos. Though the fragrance sits low on the list its still present. I would also lay off the Mia for a bit. Just go old school at this point. To fade the current scars you first need to address the active acne that is lingering. A gel based cleanser that is sulfate free, a basic moisturizer that is oil free and a spot treatment product to take care of the active acne. I agree with Shumi about using the rose hip oil as a moisturizer. I use it myself during the winter months at night and it really does a good job at clarifying the skin without irritating it. You can find that at any health food store...just make sure there is nothing else listed in the ingredients because some lines like to dilute it with nonsense fillers. If you aren't already using a toner...now would be a great time to start with one. Simple has a great toner that is alcohol and fragrance free. Can find it at Walmart or CVS. Ok, I lost track...back to spot treatment. Salicylic acid is a great spot treatment but only as such...do not apply all over the face as it could dry out areas you don't want to dry out. Just focus on applying to active acne. Tree tree oil is another good spot treatment as well. One more thing before my response turns into a dang book...as Brittany B mentioned above...investigate your diet. I know for me personally dairy and sugar kills my skin. Too much sugar breaks down collagen which gives you dull looking skin and invites the nasty bumps to come over for a visit. Dairy contains some nastiness as well but that's a whole different conversation. From seeing how heavy the acne is along your cheeks and jawline you might want to look into taking some flaxseed pills to control hormonal acne. Traci L. who is also on BL suggested it to me a few months ago and now its not even a issue for me. That can also be found at a health food store as well. Everyone above me offered some great advice so hopefully mine is of some help to you. :)

I agree with everything Shelley said all you need to add to to that is a vitamin c serum that will help brighten your acne scars up and once a day on the mia is plenty
