I personally would make this a classic look with flawless skin, light contouring and highlighting with a perfect cat eye and bold red lip. keep it simple.

If you do red lips, you could do red nails to match. Or if you have some other color on you could have your nails match that color.

I totally agree with a smokey eye:)
Red lips are formal,and you should match them with red nails.Light pink-nude makes a more classy or not-as-bold look.But I'm not really loving pink nails with your dress:/
