I suggest a bold bronze eye with winged eyeliner and either red or nude lips (: gorgeous dress by the way! For your hair, I think just long waves would compliment everything

Kim K's makeup she did at the Grammys a couple years back would be perfect! She did a really pretty golden eye, lots of lashes and contoured bronzed skin and a nude lip. Youtube tutorials on it.
