Thats exactly how I felt when I first started, but once you start and keep doing it no matter what, it will become easier. Then you wouldn't be as shy or care about what others think. I think of it as if I'm talking to a friend, so that my videos or blogs would be more natural and it shows who I really am. At first I was like I'm so lame and wanted to take it down, but thats just who I am. So, don't be shy and be yourself because no matter what everyone has an opinion, their just like noses, everyone has one, right?! Go for it! :)

I started my fashion YouTube channel a year ago and was really shy as far as talking to the camera so I just did like outfit of the days lookbooks and stuff till I felt more comfortable I say go for it I will definitely. sub!
