Plus you could do your basic french manicure but add some rhinestones along your cuticle on your ring finger and thumb or put the rhinestones along the edge of your white tip! hope this helps you a bit :-)

Every time I get my nails done in a French manicure, I get a glitter top coat, like this. These were my nails the night I got engaged. My fiancé paid for me to get my nails done and then proposed to me that night. :)
