Buy the sampler mini pack! I have 2 full size, you literally use a drop of this stuff, I don't know how I will ever use the whole tube. I don't have the primer, doesn't seem to be a problem.

I haven't used the primer and mine stayed all day Naomi. The only issue I have had is some bleeding and I tend to lick it off the inner rim of my lips after a couple hours because they do feel a bit dry. I usually do a lip treatment after a day of wearing lip tar. Let us know which ones you get.

Love em! I use the too faced lip primer and its awesome. The color is amazing. I throw a bit of gloss after it wears of a bit and its awesome!!

I don't use a primer but I do use a lipscrub and balm first them dab the balm off then put the lip tar.

I was looking at the 12pack of mini but it sold out right from under me!.. so I'm looking at the 4pack minis for $20. but I wasn't sure if I should get one of the full size four packs just cause it comes with the primer (one of them does. not all 3 sets)..
I've swatched it before and I hear you gals on only needing a touch. it really goes go a long way..

Yeah I use a bead the size of a bb for my lips and that gives a good opaque coat. I noticed that when I put gloss over it half way thru the day it made the lip tar feather. I need to get borderline to go with it.

I wanted to love it but it emphasized the lines on my lips. felt like it aged me and I'm only 21 and look much younger. And felt like it never dried (color would still transfer onto thing easier than regular lipstick) but at the same ti me made my lips feel dry. weird product.

@alura, I feel the same way about wet n wild megalast!. (minus it never dries. it did dry.) I wanted to love it cause the colors were so vibrant but its gross to me. lol. looks great on the girls who lobe it here on bl. I'm jealous..

Borderline is a lip barrier made by Tarte I think. Miss Jackie highly recommends it for preventing lipstick feathering. I recommended it to a friend of mine with significant wrinkling around the lips and she lives it. It looks like a lip liner pencil.

No worries.
I saw borderline just browsing randomly. it is too faced. I use the elf lip primer that's like a chubby lip pencil.. still trying to figure out how I feel about it tho. but that's $3. worth a try.
as I use it more I'll let you know how it performs.
