How many do you recommend to take a day an at a time

I take 5000mcg Biotin pills. You're supposed to take 3 a day. One after each meal. I love them. You won't notice a difference right away, but give it time and don't skip pills. Make sure to take them or it'll throw your body off. It's works for hair, skin and nails.

oh yeah, drink water because some people experience breakouts when they first start so I've heard

Caution some people who buy and take biotin or prenatal vitamins when they suddenly their hair falls out and breaks off

I never used to break ouh eitha until i took biotin but onli cuz i missed a few days withouh drinking water with it.if u do start u must drink loads of water as ur body is dehydrated and ur skin may get bad
