I'm almost 15 and I don't know what to wear for make up here's a pic if me with a little mascara on thats it.

I'm assuming you want a natural look. For that I would fill in your eyebrows, apply a thin line of eyeliner (I prefer black, but brown is always an option!), and use concealer on any problem areas you may have (from what I can see you have very clear skin, so this shouldn't be an issue). If spot concealing doesn't appeal to you then you could always slather some tinted moisturizer/BB cream all over your face.

When I first started I was 13 and I used drugstore products. Like base, eyeshadow, mascara, blush,and lipgloss. I would use some foundation, blush for color, eyeshadow and some mascara, lipgloss too.
