I always been having problems keeping eyeliner on my water line AND lash line. It always ends up smearing ten minutes after I apply it and it just look ridiculous. Pencil liner is what I usually use and I'm skeptical about using liquid liner on my bottom lash and water line.
My concealer situation is it always looks cakey or too light and makes my dark undereye circles stand out more. Zero coverage what so ever and it looks wayyyy light from a subtle highlight or ends up looking oily when it's not. Help Me Please.

Liquid is not for the bottom, but the top and I recommend revlon colorstay or stila; I also don't like it for everyday either. For regular eyeliner I love loreal infallible 24hr stay (I think thats what its called) but it is one of the twist up kinds or Sephora has a really good twist up one as well. Look on the blog called Maskara (spelled like that, look on google) she has amazing makeup tutorials for eyeliner and everything. As for concealer I use Hard Candy Glamuflauge (walmart only) and apply with a brush (foundation is fine but I like elf studio collection complexion brush) and then set with a powder so it last all day (elf studio also has a great translucent powder)

Also try using a primer first, I like Rimmel Londons fix and perfect (there is one with purple and one with blue lid, but either one is fine)

Try using a waterproof liner, but definitely don't use liquid on your waterline, I think it looks a little harsh on the bottom lash line too unless applied correctly. As for the concealer try using different brands till you find one you like! I've never really used concealers because I had the same problem. :)

Liquid liner is only for the top. But you should get a darker concealer shade but don't put to much concealer on. But try Maybelline for the water line. :)

For messed up eyeliner fix--I use a wet cotton swab to wipe it off, it works.

Another recommendation for a pencil eyeliner is the jordana 12 hr made to last pencil eyeliners. they're great & longlasting, but if that doesn't work, go with a trusty waterproof one like makeup forever. you could also use gel liner on your lower lashline & waterline. for concealer, find one with better coverage & you need to set it with powder for it to becone matte & stay put. specially if you have an oily eye area.

For dark circles I would recommend using a yellow concealer. It covers the purple sooo well for me

Try using a waterproof gel eye liner, glides on pretty smooth and stays on a lot longer. The maybeline one works great :)
