Using the new Mash 7 nail file. Question is, how long do you wait to use it again?

I'm sure you can use it once a week or just when your nails start looking dull the Crystals don't damage your nails even if you overdo it.I use to use mine all the time

So what was your results, did it help your nails grow, or did it just help your nails stay health?

I used it after I took my acrylic nails off for a while it doesn't really make them grow any faster it just makes them look healthier and like you just got a manicure
