Help! Best lipsticks for dry lips?!

Looking for one that doesn't dry out my lips even more than winter does..

I really like the Milani lipsticks! They are pigmented but don't dry you out too much, and they smell super fruity and yummy. You should also wear a lip balm like Burt's Bees or EOS underneath it :)

For something more sheer, there are the Revlon Lip Butters.

I'm hating the winter dryness right now, too.

Yeah lip butters work really well I hate when like if I'm reapplying lipstick any lip stuff to my lips and my lips are crack and like the roughness is 3D! like holy crap how am I going to fix that? so I just put rub in a ton of lip balm kiss a little off on a napkin then put my lip stuff over that. ugh I have chapped lips all year round man I feel your pain bb (:

Wet n wild mega last lipsticks are matte but not drying and just put a lip balm on before your lipsticks also try using a lip scrub and and lip treatment once a week or when you feel they are dry.

Ysl rouge volupte are really creamy and moisturising but quite expensive :( other than that I'd suggest tinted lip balms/butters. Make sure your lips are getting enough moisture, my lips are always dry and I suggest using elizibeth arden 8 hour cream. It's amazing as a lip balm and it's quite shiney so works perfectly on it's own or over lipstick as a gloss :) hope this helps

I agree with Anna! The Milani lip sticks are so creamy and the colors are beautiful. I'm loving the little Vaseline lip therapy in rosy! It gives your lips a pink hue and keeps them hydrated.

I use a bit of Smiths rosebud salve under my lipstick or gloss and that really helps with the lips not drying out.

I love to use Burt's Bees or papow cream for dry and cracked lip. How abot trying lip mask as well when you're sleeping? :)
