Your skin is already perfect so no need for foundation. if you want maybe bb cream but you honestly don't need it. fill your eyebrows maybe and some mascara with a nude lip.

Your skin is flawless so I would just do a lip gloss, mascara and if you want to maybe a winged eyeliner and some blush :)
