Jordana fabuliner eyeliner pen is way better than elf or wet n wild, it lasts all day, is super black & only costs $3. get it, you won't be disappointed. the elf is good if it's the regular liquid eyeliner, the pen is not as good as jordana.

Ladies for elf, I doubt you've gotten the new formula in the white tube, it's two dollars and it dries out so quickly! I like Maybelline master precise liquid liner pen, and L'Oreal gel eyeliner!
