Try concealer on blemishes, bb cream (if wanted), a sandy shadow, and mascara.

What kind of look were you thinking of sporting? Do you prefer "no makeup" makeup, a fairly subtle, more natural look, or a fairly dramatic look?

More natural look

Alright! :) For a natural look I'd suggest mascara (My personal favorite is Physicians Formula Organic Wear Fake Out; it's especially fantastic if you have sensitive eyes!), filling in eyebrows (any matte eyeshadow will do), a thin line of eyeliner (Urban Decay has some great ones, but if price is a concern then you may want to check out Milani Eye Tech Extreme Liquid Eyeliner.), and throw on some concealer (I've heard some fantastic reviews about Hard Candy Glamoflauge!). A few optional steps would be to highlight and contour your eyes (Wet n Wild trio in "Walking on Eggshells"), apply blush (NYX has a great color range as well as a great price.), and slather on some tinted moisturizer/BB cream (I'm pretty unfamiliar with both of these, so I had to do a little research. According to Ulta's website, one of their top rated BB creams is "BB Blur Broad Spectrum SPF 30" by Peter Thomas Roth.). I hope I've helped you out a little bit! :)
