It looks like milia. ( little cysts that form) make certain you are using correct skin care products for your skin type and see an esthetician or dermatologist. They can be extracted.

I get the same thing. There's no makeup that can cover it, primer can somewhat minimize the look but not much. Look into adjusting your skincare. The two things that make the biggest difference for me are a clarisonic and a BHA exfoliant.

Kinda... thank you hun.. I bought a sponge exfoliator and its workin geat.. the bumps aren't that noticeable and my makeup is lookin great.
