1.) must not wash hair everyday thats why scalp produces oil, train your hair to produce less oil, it work I use wash my hair everyday a year ago and I learn to train it
2.)use dry shampoo
here a diy
3.) for skin make sure you moisturize that why skin is oil, I suggest an oil free moisturizer and face wash
4.) oil blotting tissues help soak up oil through out day
