That's pretty much what I started out with :) I used/use foundation first. some people say to conceal first but if you apply foundation first you'll end up needing less concealer. then I do my eyes starting with eyeshadow then mascara then liner. then I tie the look together with blush and finish it off with lips.

The face usually goes in these steps:
1. primer, if you have it. if not I would recommend getting one. it keeps your makeup looking fresh for hrs!
2. foundation
3. concealer
4. powder to set your foundation & concealer. keeps your makeup in place longer.
5. blush
6. eye makeup (shadow, liner, mascara)
7. lips (liner, lipstick/stain, gloss)
you obviously don't have to follow these steps exactly, but it's basically how everyone does it :p you could do a nice natural look. do you face & then just mascara always looks really nice. it's how I've done my makeup for today :D

6. powder
7. blush bronzer and highlighter.
8. lipstick and gloss

@Treena brow shadow is just a brown eyeshadow basically that matches the colour of your brow hairs to make then seem fuller. brow gel keeps all the hairs in place & straight to keep the brows looking clean.
if you're asking about the CC cream, it's a lightweight colour corrector to help even out the tone of your face :p
