I have a pimple by my lower lip and it's really red and kinda hurts. Is there anything I can use to make it go away?

The most important is not to try poping it. In Europe there are some spot treatments that are applied on the pimple and it dries faster. Don,t know if this kind of products are in usa too, but I guess yes.

Maybe if you have Salicylic acid at home apply with a cotton bud on the problem:-)

Also maybe try applying a witch hazel astringent to it. It'll dry it out and make it go away faster.
