My skin has been subpar lately (breakouts and a little blotchiness) and after trying a bunch of different cleansers/lotions I'm thinking of trying a treat-from-within approach. Does anyone have any recommendations? Help would be much appreciated!

Vitamins are a bit tricky because if your body doesn't have use for them right away, they end up getting peed out, honestly.
The best way to 'treat-from-within' is with a balanced diet of skin healthy foods (of which beautylish has many articles on) and to stay well hydrated. This will not only help your skin in the long run, but many other bodily functions too!
But if you realllly want to go the supplement approach, consider Biotin and vitamins A, E, and C (but do your research on reputable sources about how much you really need to take!)
