I have the same problem :( I use a primer Estée Lauder double wear foundation and make up forever finishing power.

I find shu uemura pore clarifying cleansing oil to be good in keeping me from getting oily- usually my face is shiny mid day but with this I have none even by night time

Estée Lauder Double Wear Foundation is amazing for oily skin. Once you put it on it doesn't go anywhere until you wash it off.

Revlon colorstay:) I find later on in the day my tzone does get oily.. It always is anyways. But a powder over it helps it a lot! Cant really recommend one though cause to be honest I just remembered I had one and just started using it lol but maybe itll help! I've never tried a primer.

Agreed, I'm a grease ball myself and Estée Lauder Double Wear Foundation has been purely amazing for my skin. :)
