Freeman's face mask help!!

I bought this mask recently to help exfoliate my skin it works great but I don't know how many times a week to use it? Any helppp? I'm putting it every Monday night.

It depends on the type of skin you have. If you have oily skin then once a week, normal (or any combination) use it once every two weeks, and dry skin try to avoid using it...if you feel you must do it keep it to once a month! I hope this helped :) (this is what the lady at the spa told me when I asked about face masks)

I think that's personal preference :) I like to put it on masks before I shower. Regardless of the timing though, I would recommend putting on a moisturizer right after.

I'd use it once a week, twice if you really need it occasionally. But once a week is usually okay I think. I have used that mask and it can be a little drying so definitely moisturize right after.
