Jessica cosmetics' nail polishes are really good. Other brands which are good are Essie, O.P.I, Barry M and Models Own. They all have a wide range of shades but warm colours would be best - especially deep red-purples. O.P.I's shade "Skyfall" is lovely.

In terms of colours I would say darks. Dark purples, blues, reds, browns etc. no pastels (I still do my favourite pastel colours but I wouldn't classify pastels as fall colours) my favourite brands are O.P.I and revlon :) revlon is slightly more affordable

OPI is the best brand their brushes are really easy to work with... "a rose at dawn broke by noon" is a gorgeous pink with shimmery undertones
