I always experience cystic acne around my chin area when it gets cold outside. I've tried prescription gels, high end cleaners/toners/etc, and at this point I'm starting to feel like ill never get to the bottom of this. However, I started using my estee lauder idealist serum this past week, and I havent gotten any pimples! Do any of you know what could be hidden in this serum that is helping me? Also, I've heard that face oils help too, so any suggestions? My skin is combination and sensitive. :)

I don't have a guess about the serum, but I wonder if maybe wearing scarves is breaking you out? A scarf might come in contact with your chin enough to cause inflammation if you are prone to it... Just a thought!
