So I get this flesh colored bumps on my forehead and sometimes on my cheek. They're never red or full of puss they're just there hanging out. And it certain light they look TERRIBLE.
Does anyone know how I could get rid of them or what could be causing it?
I wash my face every day and night and never sleep in my makeup but they're almost always there.

I guess your problem are miliums. Closed comedones. Salicylic acid and aha can help. Try a cleanser or toner or cream with them. I,ve seen results after few days of using a night aha cream:-)

I used to have the exact same problem, I had these over my forehead a few weeks ago... They're clogged pores, exfoliate your face 2-3 times a week... I went to the doctors and they prescribed me a cream which contains 2.5% benzoyl peroxide, after a week my forehead had cleared up. :)

Gabriella is right, it's literally build up of dirt. Try exfoliating first before using any harsh chemicals on your skin. Try using brown sugar and honey. ( Feel free to add oils, Olive Oil, Jojoba Oil, Lime or Lemon, etc. )

I second Diana J. I have a similar issue and a mix of BHA AHA and thorough cleansing keeps me clear. Also I find that the thinner the texture of your emollient products (moisturizer, serum, SPF, primer, foundation) the less they create these benign blemishes.

Do you guys know any good exfoliators? Also where can I get BHA & AHA?

I would like to help you with brands but I don,t live in usa. But you could make an exfoliator at home. I made this way -> 1tea spoon of oil ( any noncomedogenic) 1tea spoon of lemon juice and 2 tea spoons of sugar. My skin likes it because it has calmin and peeling effect same time. Btw the aha has peeling effect too so don,t go really hard with exfoliating if you,ll buy a cream with them:-)

I mixed tea tree oil with my moisturizer and it got rid of it.

That sounds like it is a form of acne. I would recommend going to the dermatologist to see what the doc says.
