How do u feel about Manic Panic? Is there a better product with brighter color?

Manic Panic is a hit or miss. Both my fiancé and I have used their bright red. While he's gotten bright red (that lasted a week), my result was bright orange. I do know some people it works great for though. I would say it depends on your hair, but my fiancé's hair had never had any dyes or bleaches prior, as mine had. So, hit or miss really.

I personally like Manic Panic! A lot of people do not really like Manic Panic because it will fade quite quickly, but I kind of enjoy that because I personally like the option of changing it up so often. As for the colors: I have been on a pastel wave instead of a bright one, but Manic Panic was always sufficient for my taste in the past(when I did brighter colors). I always mix brands to get the best and most unique colors possible as well. I'll usually mix brands as well. I have mixed Manic Panic with Special Effeccts, Punky Colors, Privana ChromaSilks, and a really (less that satisfactory) Color Jamz. I always get a unique and extremely bright color that way!

I've never had any luck with Manic Panic, personally. For bright colours I love SFX! I've tried various SFX dyes and they all have a depth of colour that's almost metallic and I've never seen that anywhere else. I also love Directions by la riche but I find their pink shades only last one wash before fading.
