I have watched tutorials and have the liquid eyeliner down to a tee, however the winged part I just cannot get, what tutorials are the best? I just can't seem to get this right ;( x

Try using an angled tip brush to wing the end of the liner.

try using a liquid eyeliner [: you're able to choose how you want it.. I recommend the lashfood eyeliner as the tips are perfect for winged eyeliner

Try using a business card! I have problems with this, too. MichellePhan just uploaded a video about using business cards for makeup and how to create the perfect winged cat eye with a straight edge! Try it.
