So, I've never really had terrible acne until I moved into a small little town where they have "well water", its not even safe to drink. anyways, my inner cheeks have become so blemished up! every single pore on my face is gunked up. ):
my skin is already sensitive and very dry, due to eczema. so a lot of the face washes I use seem to irritate my eczema even more.
usually to keep my skin from drying out too much I apply vitamin e oil. but I've also heard aragon oil is good as well. but what I'm really wondering about is sunflower seed oil. what have you guys experienced when using this to cleanse your face? or any other oils.

Test patch with new oils first, because some oils can cause super bad breakouts. If you're seriously acne prone, it might be hard to find out what oil actually works. Maybe even use oils that have bactericidal and/or anti inflammatory properties.
The choices I see most people use are Mineral oil, sunflower oil, olive oil, meadowfoam oil, jojoba oil, coconut oil (be careful, it can cause really bad breakouts if you're acne prone). I personally think Argan oil and Jojoba oil would be the best choice since they are both non-comedogenic.

I use a mix of olive and grapeseed oil. Everyone's skin reacts differently but my acne prone sensitive skin likes this mix. Good luck! I went on vacation where the water was all lake water and smelled and tasted like algae when showering and brushing teeth and it wrecked my hair and skin so I feel your pain!

Its funny OCM seems to work wonders for fair skin tone, but every review from Indian skin tone has told me its a disaster.
