all I did was apply a base coat to my nail and then took an old top coat, dipped my brush into the glitter pot and repeated until my nail was completly covered!
I can't wait to get using the rest of my glitters now

It did yeah, I didn't care as it was an old bottle but if you wanted you could simply pour a little into a bowl and do it that way? just remember to clean the brush (:
