As of now my hair is a light brown/golden honey blonde and I will be going over soon this weekend so my hair will be a honey blonde and I was wondering since I'm doing that will it be okay for my to then do a rinse out on the bottom half in a medium brown?

Yes that would be fine but your hair might be slightly dry so when you rinse your hair out maybe a day after your done only shampoo the scalp of your head and then condition the rest
