I am 5.2" & weigh around around 130 pounds now, I have put on about 22 pounds in the last 11/2 years since I have been at home, I do not go out at all. Am guessing that & also emotional eating would be the main reason. (I can't go out for a walk as there are no parks around & I can't afford a gym). Can you girls suggest some great exercise tips on how to loose fat effectively?

yes girl I'm 5'4 was 193 now 178 I know I still have a long way to go but I feel amazing. I do the firm work out videos on my DVD player in my living room. I'm also taking hydroxy cut. another great one is oxyelite pro causes you to loose a lb a day but you must change your diet and exercise. spark people.com is also great and the spark people healthy recipe app. hope this helps I'm determined to get back in shape since a year and, a half ago I was a size 8 and got lazy. hope this helps

Try cutting your portions down and eat 5 small meals a day. Protein shakes are an excellent way to stop being so hungry! Exercise is also very important. I suggest using blogilates on YouTube if you are trying to tone certain parts of your body. But I wouldn't be too worried because it sounds like you are a healthy weight.

I am doing south beach diet and it is so amazing and very easy. I am 5ft 6 and on April 4th I was 238 I am now 162. Only 12 more pounds to go! I also started started out with workout videos at home. The helped get me back into shape to start running 3 miles everyday.

Sparkpeople.com is a lifesaver site. If you have comcast or something like that they have a ton of workout videos on there. Then you dont have to buy them. I followed the diet on spark and did 20 min of home workout videos a day and in jan of this year i was 245 i am now 197.

Thanks Kimberly, I already checked sparkpeople.com as Lovelystar suggested, I will try to stick to it, (but I figured it would be difficult planning the eating part as the food patterns here are so different :( ) I can follow the exercise part though. wow! you lost 48 pounds! thanks to all you beauties I feel much more confident that I can do it too & in very little time! I thought it would take ages to loose those extra 30 pounds! :)
