I ordered the naked 3 palette the day it came out and my order is still processing! At this point, I could have just waited for the release in Sephora on the 11 and got my points with it. Has anyone else's order taken an extremely long time to process?

Yes and yes. It's taken awhile. I received a email today that it has been shipped... It seems like it will take forever to here tho due to the holiday and weekend.

Yes mine is still waiting too :( I ordered it Thursday it came out and it won't be here until Monday! I looked at the shipping confirmation and it said its in New Jersey and I live in New York so I'm hoping ill get a surprise and it'll be here Saturday 😊

Mine is shipped and coming on Tuesday, if you call the 800 number they will t tell you when it is going to ship and when it will arrive.

I just got an email that said it has finally shipped. I have never had an order take so long to process from any company. Never used urbandecay.com. I don't think I will use it again.

Yeah eff that noise, I figured and told myself, "You'll live, just wait for Sephora." Haha. I live near like 4 of them so not in a big rush or worried I won't get one.
